Video INSTRUCTIONS
INTRODUCTION
Welcome everyone! Before we begin, make sure you have installed the Appen Mobile App. https://getperksy.app.link/project-molluca

VIDEO REQUREMENTS (MUST DO’S)
Must be 1-2 minutes in length and include at least 3 types of camera movements (zooming in, panning left, right, up and down).
Must have at least 2 people and (3) scenes in the video. This could be capturing the food, the environment, then zooming in on yours and other plates.
Must have at least a few seconds of “uninteresting” or dead space. (ex. A shot of grass or the ground before you actually start the main content).
Must have some sort of main content. Imagine you are filming something to share on social media. You might take a video while you are serving and eating your meal.
DISQUALIFYING CRITERIA (DON’T DO)
DO NOT film a 1-2 minute stationary scene with nothing happening.
DO NOT film in complete darkness.
DO NOT show other peoples faces.
DO NOT edit or cut the video in any way.
EXAMPLE 1 - EATING A MEAL AT YOUR HOUSE
Start.
Film 15 seconds of the ground or ceiling.
Film the food in front of you and zoom in (camera movement #1).
Pan left (camera movement #2), look around at other meals at your table while avoiding faces.
Pan back around (camera movement #3) to your own plate.
Take a bite of the food or cheers with others.
Give a thumbs up if the food is good!
Finish.
EXAMPLE 2 - SERVING AND EATING
Start.
Film the floor to start
Pan towards (camera movement #1) the food that is almost ready to be served!
Film the food coming out of the oven.
Zoom in (camera movement #2) on the food that is about to be served.
Walk the food to the table, zoom or pan to capture (camera movement #3) what you and your family are about to eat.
Take a bite.
Finish.
